 As part of the effort to enhance the teaching-learning process at basic and post-basic levels of education, the management of Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin this morning distributed 110 laptops to schools, departments, units, directorates and other members of staff of the College who have needs for ICT in the execution of their schedules.

The distributed laptops which were mainly made in Nigeria were donated by the Executive Secretary of National Communications Commission on behalf of the Commission as a way of supporting the giant strides of the College in one of her key areas of need. Prior to the delivery of the consignment, the Executive secretary urged the College not to relent in its effort towards making ICT much more accessible to both staff and students of the College while making it effectively utilized. In his remark, the Provost charged the benefiting schools and directorates to ensure its deployment and safe keep.
