The Ad-doman co-operative society in partnership with the College has laid the foundation of a joint venture in the College. The enterprise which comprised of table water and bread factories will soon commence production of Kwcoedi water and bread respectively.

The Honourable Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Science and Technology, Barrister Abdullah Alikinla in his speech at the official foundation laying ceremony commended the Provost Dr. AbdulRaheem Yusuf for giving room for beautiful innovations in the College. He said with this, the reliance on government will be reduced to the barest minimum.

The provost, Dr. AbdulRaheem Yusuf, expressed happiness that the College of his dream is gradually becoming a reality. He appreciated the giant stride taken by Ad-doman and promised that the College would do everything possible to fulfill its own part of the agreement.

Earlier in his welcome address at the occasion, the Chairman Ad-doman co-operative society Dr. Mashood Hadi thanked the College management for its cooperation and trust in the organization. He said, although the project had been in the pipeline for long, it is commendable that it is becoming a reality in this administration. He further stated that the society has other areas of partnership with the management to ensure the success of its administration.

The ceremony was witnessed by members of the College management, government functionaries, the Director Institute of Education University of Ilorin. Prof. Yahaya and other staff of the College.

The Commissioner for Tertiary Education and Science and Technology, Barrister Alikinla laid the first block for the foundation while he was followed by the College Provost and other prominent personalities at the occasion.

The idea of the Partnership was mutedwhen Ad-doman Cooperative Society paid a courtesy visit to the provost on his assumption of office in June this year. It was at the meeting that the society presented its proposal the Provost.

Series of management meeting were held to fashion out the mode of partnership which eventually led to the most recent event of the foundation laying ceremony.
